What’s New in the Business Learning Library
This is where we share updates as new lessons, tools, courses, and resources are added to BLL.
Each update highlights what’s new, what it supports, and where to go next—so you always know what’s available and how to use it.
Whether you are following one course or building your skills over time, this page reflects how the library continues to grow and evolve.
Stay Organized Group Learning Series Begins
The Stay Organized Group Learning Series is officially kicking off inside the Business Learning Library.
This series builds on the foundation set in Get Organized by shifting the focus from setup to consistency. The goal is to help business owners maintain systems, routines, and workflows that support long-term financial organization and follow-through.
Stay Organized is designed to help you move from one-time cleanups to sustainable habits, so financial organization becomes part of daily operations, not something that has to be restarted over and over.
Stay Organized
CEO Dashboard Framework Established
As development continues, the core framework of the CEO Dashboard is being established.
The structure is centered around creating clear visibility across all active projects, while supporting a simple and repeatable flow of work.
This includes organizing projects in a way that makes it easy to see:
current status
overall progress
what requires attention next
The framework is designed to support how business owners naturally operate, managing multiple priorities at once without requiring complex systems or constant maintenance.
The goal is to create a structure that is easy to use, easy to maintain, and capable of supporting consistent execution over time.
Business Learning Library Transition: Building the Resource Hub
When the Business Learning Library was first created, it included a community space alongside the learning resources.
As the library has continued to develop, it became clear that the mission of BLL is best served by focusing on what it was always intended to be: a structured hub of resources designed to help small business owners learn, build better systems, and improve execution over time.
Because of that, the community space has been retired and the learning materials are now organized directly on the website.
This allows the Business Learning Library to focus on what matters most:
• clear, practical lessons
• simple frameworks for real businesses
• structured learning that supports steady progress
BLL will continue to feature a Course of the Quarter, and anyone who prefers to follow along week by week can still do so as new lessons are released during the quarter.
The goal remains the same: helping business owners learn, apply ideas, and build skills over time.
Thank you to those who supported the early stages of the project. I’m excited to continue building the library as a resource for business owners who want to move forward with clarity and consistent progress.
CEO Dashboard: Name and Direction Defined
As development continues, the name and direction of the first tool are defined as the CEO Dashboard.
The purpose of the CEO Dashboard is to provide a clear view of all active projects by making it easier to understand the current status and determine what needs attention next.
The focus is on creating visibility at a level that supports decision-making and consistent follow-through.
Rather than forcing complex workflows or requiring constant updates across multiple tools, the CEO Dashboard is being designed to provide a simple, centralized view that reflects the current state of the business.
With the name and direction established, development is now focused on building a structure that supports this level of clarity and usability.
Business Learning Library is Setting Up a YouTube Channel
As the Business Learning Library continues to develop, YouTube is being used as a supporting resource within the broader system.
The focus is on creating a library of visual references that support learning, application, and ongoing use over time.
This includes walkthroughs, concept explanations, and examples that help connect ideas to real-world implementation.
The goal is to provide an additional layer of clarity—making it easier to understand how concepts are applied and how work moves forward in practice.
This allows BLL to remain a structured learning environment, while YouTube serves as an ongoing resource for visibility, reinforcement, and practical support.
First Software Project Selected
As software development for the Business Learning Library moved into planning, the first project was selected based on where the greatest need existed.
In working through my own processes, the biggest bottleneck was visibility, understanding the status of multiple projects, and knowing what needed attention next.
While there are many existing tools available, none provided a clear, simple view of overall project status without adding additional complexity or forcing workflows that did not fit.
For small business owners, this challenge is often more pronounced. With more responsibility sitting on the owner, there is a greater need to clearly see what is in progress, what is falling behind, and what requires attention.
Because of that, the first software project is focused on solving this problem by creating a way to understand the status of all projects and identify what needs attention next.
This direction was selected to address one of the most immediate and practical challenges in day-to-day business operations.
Stay Organized Announced as the Next Group Learning Series
The next Group Learning Series in the Business Learning Library will be Stay Organized.
This series builds on the foundation set in Get Organized by shifting the focus from setup to consistency. The goal is to help you create systems, routines, and workflows that support long-term organization and follow-through.
Stay Organized is designed to help business owners move from one-time cleanups to sustainable habits so organization becomes part of daily operations, not something that has to be restarted over and over.
Stay Organized Course
First Group Learning Series Begins with Get Organized
The first Group Learning Series is kicking off with Get Organized.
This series is focused on helping business owners build simple, consistent systems for organizing financial and business documents, improving visibility, and reducing day-to-day friction.

Group Learning Series Added to the Business Learning Library
With Core 3 Foundations in place, the Business Learning Library is expanding to support the next layer of learning.
The Group Learning Series introduces guided, time-based learning cycles focused on one key business skill at a time. Each series is designed to add structure, shared pacing, and practical application, building on the habits and rhythms established in Core 3.
This adds a guided layer to BLL for business owners who want a clear learning rhythm and focused cycles, while still staying aligned with the learn → apply → reflect approach.
Software Tools in Development
As the Business Learning Library was developed, part of its direction was to go beyond learning and support application.
BLL was built to help business owners not only learn, but also apply what they learn in a way that improves how their business operates over time.
As part of that vision, BLL is working to define software solutions that support this process, providing tools that help business owners run their business with greater clarity and consistency.
These tools are being designed to support the use of BLL resources in real-world situations, offering simple ways to organize priorities, maintain visibility, and follow through over time.
The overall goal is to create practical solutions that support steady progress and remove complexity.

This strengthens the mindset side of Core 3 by focusing on how you think, respond, and make decisions as you grow your business.
The course supports building awareness, resilience, and perspective, helping your mindset become a practical part of your day-to-day work, not just a concept.
This update further completes Core 3 Foundations by reinforcing mindset, goals, and execution as connected parts of steady, long-term business growth.

The series still supports steady, practical progress, but now it’s fully integrated into how Core 3 is designed to work. Goals, focus, and follow-through are all part of the same system.
This update strengthens Core 3 Foundations as the starting point for building clarity, priorities, and consistent forward momentum in your business.
