First Software Project Selected

As software development for the Business Learning Library moved into planning, the first project was selected based on where the greatest need existed.

In working through my own processes, the biggest bottleneck was visibility, understanding the status of multiple projects, and knowing what needed attention next.

While there are many existing tools available, none provided a clear, simple view of overall project status without adding additional complexity or forcing workflows that did not fit.

For small business owners, this challenge is often more pronounced. With more responsibility sitting on the owner, there is a greater need to clearly see what is in progress, what is falling behind, and what requires attention.

Because of that, the first software project is focused on solving this problem by creating a way to understand the status of all projects and identify what needs attention next.

This direction was selected to address one of the most immediate and practical challenges in day-to-day business operations.
