As we continue building out the planning structure, we are also looking at how business owners think beyond one quarter at a time.

Quarterly planning is helpful, but not every business priority fits neatly into a 90-day window.

Some projects take several months.

Some goals need to be worked on in stages.

Some decisions need to be mapped out before they are ready for active execution.

So we are building a structure that allows business owners to organize future work while still keeping the current focus clear.

The planning side of the system is starting to support both the bigger picture and the work that needs attention now.
