Weekly Activity: Step 11 of Message Action Plan

This week’s activity inside the Business Learning Library continues the Message Action Plan.

As members work on Module 11: Sustaining Your Leadership, they are identifying the long-term leadership commitments they want to make in their business.

The activity asks members to think about what they want to remain committed to as their business continues to grow and change.

That might include how they communicate their message, how they make decisions, and how they continue serving the people they want to lead.
