Weekly Activity: Step 7 of Message Action Plan

This week’s activity inside the Business Learning Library continues the Message Action Plan.

As members work on Module 7: Creating Meaningful Connections, they are identifying ways to encourage interaction and build stronger relationships with the people their business serves.

The activity asks members to think about where conversation and participation can become a more intentional part of how they communicate with their audience.

That could mean creating more opportunities for people to respond, share, ask questions, or stay engaged over time.
