Weekly Activity: Step 9 of Message Action Plan

This week’s activity inside the Business Learning Library continues the Message Action Plan.

As members work on Module 9: Strengthening Trust, they are defining how they will intentionally build trust with the people they serve.

The activity asks members to think about the ways credibility, reliability, and authentic leadership show up in their business.

That might mean considering how they communicate, how they follow through, and how consistently their actions reflect the message they want people to trust.
